We'll meet to discuss your goals and limitations. We'll touch on your past experiences with exercise, past or present injuries, surgeries, special conditions, other concerns, etc... I'll do a brief physical assessment to see if I can spot any muscular imbalances, flawed motor patterns, instability issues, etc... that we will want to address.
Time for your in-home personal training trial!
I will have used all of the information gathered during our first meeting to design an individualized training program that will begin to address some of your needs and goals. Throughout your workout I'll be explain the purpose of each of the exercises, stretches, or mobility drills that you're performing. As your personal trainer I'll be happy to discuss any questions or concerns you may have throughout the process.
Time to decide!
After we've met on these 3 occasions you should have a decent idea of what it would be like to have me as your in-home personal trainer. If you decide to sign on and train with me, great!! If you decide that it's not for you, no hard feelings. There are no strings attached.
